Sagar Sharma is a photographer and art director based in Guwahati ( Assam - India ) but is available to travel around the globe. He grew up in a boarding school receiving his formal education at the Welham Boys' School, Dehradun (1991-2003).After receiving his Bachelors in Graphic Design at the National Institute of Advertising in 2006, Sagar began his career in branding, advertising & websites: developing print and web campaigns for several international brands & startups. He started his photography in 2008 during his travels to the northeast region of India. His background and dexterity in design and art direction have greatly influenced his photographic style - a style characterized by his personal affinity for minimalism. His portfolio is distinct for its simplicity, frequent use of negative space, and intent to transport viewers to stunning locales. His aim is versatility - he shoots a wide range of content that includes street, portraits, events, weddings, and lifestyle photography.
